Homes, shopfronts, offices and commercial sites. We investigate evidence of vacancy lasting at least one year.
Who owns or manages the property? This includes private owners, businesses, councils and government agencies.
Has the space been unused for at least 12 months? What dated evidence supports this, and is a reason documented?
Is there a plan for reuse, redevelopment or reopening? What is documented, and which questions remain unanswered?
